Role Description

We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) with focus on AI enablement to join us, and be a part of our growth story.

Drive cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple program execution
Ensure seamless coordination between clients, sales, product, engineering, QA, and external vendors on a need basis
Lead cross-functional projects, including program definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and execution
Work on projects leveraging AI/ML technologies and integrating them into regular work streams
Understand, clarify and articulate the requirements to the leads and developers
Assist in scoping, schedule preparation, ensuring quality, and deployment excellence across service and product offerings
Work closely with clients, sales, tech leaders, developers, QA engineers, product managers, business teams, and external vendors
Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance testing and release processes
Define and implement quality, release metrics, and process improvements
Act as a technical problem solver, resolving project deadlocks and constraints
Drive planning of major/minor and maintenance release windows
Collect and analyze data to track project performance and make informed business decisions
Maintain structured documentation and provide regular program updates to leadership teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing technical projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing release strategies
Build good rapport with existing clients and prospects leading to new opportunities discovery, conversion, upselling, and cross-selling
Experience or familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automation tools
Ability to understand and work with SMEs on frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure technologies
Experience managing Agile methodologies, conducting daily standups, and preparing work breakdown structures
Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and optimize workflows
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, operate independently, and ensure timely remediation of incidents
Ensure all accounts and project-related details are up-to-date and documented

Requirements

2+ years in an ATPM / TPM role handling large-scale programs (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with Python, Selenium, or user-level automation (Nice-to-Have)
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and AI/ML model deployment (Nice-to-Have)
