[Hiring] Technical Operations Manager @TrueML

Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our team. This is a "player-coach" style role where you will balance high-level process architecture with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for:

• Taking our existing workflows and moving them into a high-functioning Jira environment.
• Ensuring team accountability.
• Identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks.
• Troubleshooting daily technical validations.
• Providing strategic status updates to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or operations.
• Proven track record of setting up project management systems from scratch.
• Ability to handle high-stakes tasks with composure.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts like APIs and data transfer protocols.

Requirements

• Immediate leadership on establishing our project management ecosystem in Jira.
• Act as the "Orchestrator" for the team, ensuring tasks move forward and deadlines are met.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and implement automation solutions.
• Manage essential "non-automatable" tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing clear updates.
• Navigate technical nuances effectively.
