Role Description

The Technical Lead is responsible for the end-to-end technical coordination and execution of an approved solution, ensuring that all technical workstreams are delivered in accordance with the agreed architecture, design standards, security requirements, and project objectives.

The role acts as the single point of technical accountability for the project and coordinates the activities of multiple technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, platforms, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful implementation and transition into service.

The Technical Lead sits beneath the Project Manager and acts as the primary technical owner for delivering the approved solution, coordinating multiple SMEs across infrastructure, network, security, cloud, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure, or platform solutions in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading technical delivery of complex enterprise projects.
• Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Identity, Infrastructure, Networking, Data & Analytics, Applications, and third-party suppliers.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions from design through implementation, migration, and transition to support.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Compliance, and Purview.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric, including governance, integration, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance, security, and change management requirements.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, risks, issues, and implementation planning across multiple workstreams.
• Experience working with third-party service providers and managed service partners.
