• Identify program/project scope and high-level business objectives.
• Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with internal partners to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Effectively manage, motivate, and hold accountable team members in a matrixed organization.
• Act as a liaison and connector between departments.
• Perform all project management functions to expertly deliver complex programs and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10+ years' relevant work experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, specifically in wealth management.
• Foundational project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
