[Hiring] ServiceNow Agile Project Manager @Kentro

Role Description

Kentro is hiring for a Remote ServiceNow Agile Project Manager to support the VA ESOM contract. In this role, you will own delivery for one of three platform health teams supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs ServiceNow environment, managing schedule, deliverables, staffing, and stakeholder reporting while also facilitating that team's Agile/Scrum ceremonies directly.

• Partner with the Technical Program Manager, Product Owners, and intake leads to plan sprints, remove impediments, and coordinate dependencies across more than twenty distributed contractor teams.
• Requires strong traditional project management discipline as well as hands-on Scrum facilitation skills.
• Serves as the day-to-day delivery anchor for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or other related discipline (or 8 years of additional relevant experience).
• 10+ years total relevant experience (can be inclusive of below experience requirements).
• 4+ years of experience managing software or platform delivery projects, including schedule, deliverables, and staffing ownership.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies in a distributed/remote environment.
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ServiceNow Agile Module (or comparable Agile tooling such as Jira).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM, including working with Projects, Epics, and Stories.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes.

Requirements

• PMP certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or higher).
• Active federal security clearance or public trust.
• Experience in a federal IT environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• SAFe certification (SSM, SA, or higher).
• Advanced facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working across multiple vendor teams and competing stakeholder priorities.
