Role Description

• Lead complex cross-functional technology programs across software and platform environments.
• Translate product strategy, requirements, and roadmap objectives into actionable execution plans.
• Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, QA, SRE/DevOps, Data, Operations, and business teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, milestones, critical paths, escalations, and delivery timelines.
• Drive release readiness activities and ensure successful product launches.
• Define and track program metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and outcome measurements.
• Facilitate executive communications, decision-making processes, and risk management activities.
• Promote operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
• Create alignment and transparency across technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Engineering Operations, Delivery Management, or a related role.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technology programs as an individual contributor without direct authority over participating teams.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, QA, SRE/DevOps, Data, Operations, Customer Success, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies, release management, and QA processes.
• Strong technical fluency across web applications, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, cloud services, data pipelines, observability, and production operations.
• Experience managing dependencies, milestones, risks, executive escalations, and launch readiness activities.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, dashboards, release metrics, and business outcomes.
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar credentials.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, final-mile delivery, supply chain, field-service software, or fleet operations.
• Experience working with operational SaaS or marketplace platforms.
• Experience leading programs related to AI, cloud platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
