Role Description

The organization is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Project Manager to lead global SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and support programs. The successful candidate will have strong project delivery experience, deep technical understanding of SuccessFactors and SAP integrations, and a proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects and support engagements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee SuccessFactors integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP/CPI, payroll, and third-party systems.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive-level reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support release management, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of IT experience with 10+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience managing large-scale global SAP SuccessFactors programs.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and LMS.
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and cloud integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and vendors.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP / PRINCE2.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
• SAP BTP/CPI Certification.
• Scrum Master Certification.
