[Hiring] Senior Project Manager @AgileOne

Role Description

The AgileOne Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for managing and executing AgileOne Implementations using AgileOne's Implementation Methodology based on industry best practices and knowledge. The SPM will work with the Solutions Architect to lead the discovery, design, and deployment of the AgileOne solutions (technology and supplier management programs). Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and tracking multiple projects including project plans, budgets, resources, and issue escalation.
• Reporting findings to the Account Management and Technology teams.
• Tracking the quality of project management performed for all projects under their responsibility.
• Reviewing project deliverables and tracking appropriate project metrics.
• Providing leadership and innovations to AgileOne project and implementation management processes.
• Consulting with and receiving direction from the Client Software Development Team throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 7 to 10 years' experience in project management, leading teams, process management/continuous improvement.
• Staffing industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading systems integration projects and managing project team members.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with both internal and external customers, including suppliers.
• Ability to identify solutions to complex situations and be flexible in responding to changes in customer's needs.
• Demonstrated superior communication, interpersonal team building, and negotiation skills.
• Sound business ethics and operate with integrity.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as required - <20%.

Requirements

• Establish, monitor, and communicate all schedule-related information to meet key stakeholders' project objectives during AgileOne Client Implementation(s) - 15%.
• Act in a consultative role to AgileOne Clients and Account Management Teams during the systems implementation phase or on additional projects - 5%.
• Establish routine, ongoing communication processes to ensure all project stakeholders have current, relevant information - 10%.
• Facilitate fact-finding sessions, conference calls, and other communications to lead projects to successful outcomes - 10%.
• Consult with Solutions Architect and Client Software Development team for appropriate technology and process recommendations - 10%.
• Provide leadership and assistance on assigned implementation projects - 5%.
• Work with management on implementing new policies and procedures - 5%.
• Work with project schedules, contracts, 3rd party vendors, and other divisions of AgileOne and ACT•1 - 10%.
• Provide account executive and customer point of contact for accountability in problem resolution - 5%.
• Document implementation procedures that can be utilized post-implementation - 5%.
• Develop key project implementation models and provide guidance and/or training on these models - 5%.
• Provide presentations and training on technology offerings and how those fit within customers' business needs - 5%.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned - 10%.
