[Hiring] Senior Project Manager @Monks

Role Description

As a Project Manager - Creative, you’ll lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives from concept through delivery, partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to bring ambitious ideas to life on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem
• Translate creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving the integrity of the original vision
• Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, technology, and account teams
• Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, engaged, and focused
• Anticipate risks and blockers and resolve issues proactively with diplomacy and problem-solving
• Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and effective collaboration
• Maintain clear and transparent documentation including timelines, status reports, budgets, and key learnings
• Identify and implement process improvements that enable creative teams to do their best work
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments
• Familiarity with creative and production workflows including concepting, creative reviews, versioning, stakeholder approvals, and asset delivery
• Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+) with the ability to simplify complex information
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• A flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented producer mindset
• Experience with motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered creative workstreams is a plus
