Role Description

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, leading, coordinating, and completing projects on time and within budget and scope. Responsibilities include:

• Establish project plans with deadlines.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement long and short projects.
• Ensure deliverables are on-time and within scope and budget.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in clearly defining the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Determine available resources and delegate project tasks based on individual strengths.
• Set realistic time estimates and maintain schedules.
• Determine cost estimates and develop the project budget.
• Monitor and manage project performance, including cost and team performance.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks, developing contingency plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by completing work scope in a quality manner, within budget and on time.
• Keep stakeholders updated to minimize uncertainty.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, such as developing spreadsheets and process maps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years RCM and healthcare project management experience.
• 4+ years leading RCM client integrations.
• 8+ years in Program and Project Management.
• 4+ years in Revenue Cycle.
• 4+ years in Healthcare.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation, including AI.

Requirements

• This is a remote position; candidates must be willing to travel to client, temporary, or corporate office locations as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• This position pays between $92,400 - $159,450 based on experience.
