Role Description

As Senior Project Manager in the project management office, you will lead and manage projects that involve the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and solutions. Your role will require strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, as well as effective project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

As a Sr. Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day will involve:

• Developing comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Allocating and coordinating resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep the project on track.
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to our engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Establishing strong communication channels with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
• Monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure we stay within financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role.
• Experience with utilities, electrical system design, installation, and maintenance projects.
• 10 - 15 years experience or greater.
• PMP preferred.

• This position pays between $130,000 and $160,000 annually and is an exempt position.
