Role Description

As the Senior Project Coordinator, you are the operational engine behind a portfolio of statewide education agency transformation engagements. Your job is to help operationalize plans by turning them into schedules, trackers, protocols, and documented steps that the whole team can follow.

• Serve as the sole project management resource for medium-sized scopes of work.
• Work under the direction of a Senior Project Manager for larger scopes.
• Accountable for planning, sequencing, documenting, quality-assuring, and shipping work on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating or managing multi-workstream projects or contracts.
• Experience working alongside subject-matter experts.
• Hands-on experience running logistics for in-person professional convenings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Asana (preferred), Smartsheet, or comparable project management platforms.
• Ability to translate a contract scope of work into a detailed schedule.
• Budget tracking, invoicing, and cost monitoring skills.
• Deliverable quality control, including proofreading and brand compliance.
