• Design and deliver high-quality eLearning courses and interactive training materials.
• Develop scalable on-boarding programs and continuous learning frameworks.
• Transform sales strategies and product information into engaging learning materials.
• Integrate consultative selling frameworks into all learning experiences.
• Manage third-party training partners and coordinate commercial programs.
• Own and govern the annual commercial training calendar.
• Utilize data analytics to refine content and identify knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure material accuracy and consistency.
• Localize and adapt content for diverse global audiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement or eLearning development.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling practices.
• Experience in creating digital learning experiences with authoring tools.
• Background in supporting sales organizations within a high-growth environment.
