[Hiring] Senior Program Manager - Fleet Operations @7-Eleven

Role Description

The Sr Program Manager of Fleet Operations is a role focused on fleet payment execution and customer experience across our diverse network of retail fuel locations. The responsibilities require a deep understanding of our various POS configurations and payment settlement processes to ensure a positive fleet customer experience. This role works closely with many internal and external partners to act as a SME for the group on all components of fleet payment functionality.

• Solution driven and detail oriented with the curiosity to consider multiple possibilities to solve a problem, and the confidence to present those solutions in a clear and concise manner that promotes consensus from the team.
• Supports Fleet sales growth through the ownership of a positive Fleet customer experience from the POS on site through to payment settlement.
• Responsible for strategy, roadmap, and implementation planning of relevant POS hardware and software projects, fuel equipment, and payment processing solutions.
• Execute POS and fleet payment strategies across a portfolio of business that streamlines workflows and supports commercial payment innovation with RIS & DEX developments or integrations.
• Leverages industry intelligence to propose opportunities to management to improve the Commercial Fleet business and competitive position via cost savings, improved customer experience and loyalty, more competitive offerings, etc.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to represent Fleet on complicated projects that deliver results.
• Own the role of SME and liaison for the Commercial Fleet department across multiple internal and external partners including IT, Digital, Treasury, Accounting, various fleet payment providers and POS vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
• 7+ years of relevant work experience

• Ability and aptitude to work within a cross-functional team at all levels of the organization with the ability to lead, influence and continuously improve processes.
• Able to confidently provide insights for improvement and offer innovative, robust and vetted solutions.
• Strong project management skillset.
• Process driven mindset and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
• Meticulous attention to detail and tracking key project metrics.
• Enthusiasm for supporting projects and business priorities, bringing order and efficiency to critical initiatives.
• Must be self-motivated, technologically adept, and proficient with remote work tools (Teams, on-camera, screen share, etc).
• Stellar communication and time management skills.
• Strong teamwork skills (including but not limited to): effective communicator, proficient listener, organized, positive, trustworthy.
