[Hiring] Senior Program Manager @Artech

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to build the operating structure behind that scale-up.

• Design and stand up processes and programs from scratch, defining intake, approvals, creative workflows, and reporting.
• Automate repetitive parts to enable the team to run more campaigns without increasing headcount.
• Partner closely with Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Creative to keep dozens of advertiser campaigns moving on time.
• Bring hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation, Salesforce, and modern project management tools.
• Report into the Director of Co-Marketing & Monetization in our Ads Marketing organization.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Build new co-marketing programs from the ground up, creating workflows, governance, and success metrics.
• Identify manual, repetitive steps in the campaign lifecycle and implement AI-assisted or automated solutions.
• Own end-to-end program execution across a portfolio of advertiser campaigns, managing timelines, resourcing, and cross-functional coordination.
• Build and maintain program tracking and reporting in Salesforce and project management tools.
• Create playbooks and frameworks that allow programs to run reliably without your involvement in every detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Track record of building programs from zero to running smoothly.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and/or building automated workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce, ideally managing or building workflows within it.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work.
