Role Description
As Senior Program Manager, you will own the planning and execution of client projects that drive advancements in areas such as Parkinson’s Disease, ALS, and Autism. Reporting to the Director of Partners and Programs, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of contracted deliverables, maintaining strong client relationships, driving contract renewal and extension, and keeping projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams across product, engineering, and design to prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution.
- Engage with executive leadership—both internally and within client organizations—to facilitate discussions, understand needs and pain points, and support decision-making.
- Oversee timelines and deliverables, manage budgets, track progress, and handle reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and embed customer success best practices into project workflows.
- Contribute to advancing cutting-edge research while ensuring efficient and effective collaboration between stakeholders.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in sciences and/or business
- 5-10 years of hands-on project management experience, within a B2B or SaaS environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, managing external stakeholders on high-value contracts (e.g. valued at >$1M CAD)

- Ability to manage multiple large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously
- Exemplary written and verbal communication - is able to convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-driven and able to work independently, while also maintaining transparency within teams
- Proactive leader and problem solver - showcases creativity in addressing challenges, offering solutions to complex problems
- Quick learner and curious team player, someone who is unafraid to ask questions
- Ability to lead tasks with limited precedents and prior references available
- Adaptable and flexible, is able to adjust priorities based on company needs while maintaining external commitments
- Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to align project initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives.
