Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with vendor partners and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This position plays a critical part in the growth and development of projects in various segments, ultimately contributing to service improvements and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will foster teamwork and accountability within project teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Manage day-to-day project operations using project management tools.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on budget, and with high quality.
• Create and maintain project timelines and milestones.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among team members.
• Provide ongoing status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct risk assessments and resolve issues proactively.
• Compile and document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five (5) years of telecommunications experience or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Knowledge of Outside Plant (OSP) architectures including underground and aerial installations.
• Understanding of LEAN concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
