Role Description

As the Refund Stacker Senior Manager, you will oversee the operational management of the Refund Stacker tool and the internal processes related to handling client reimbursements. This role focuses on process optimization, internal team management, and ensuring the successful execution of workflows without direct client interaction. Your expertise will help streamline the claim management process and improve operational efficiency across the Refund Stacker team.

• Oversee the internal processes related to Refund Stacker’s reimbursement claim workflows.
• Manage and mentor the operations and case management team, ensuring smooth operation and team productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and refine claim management processes and tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the timely processing of claims and issue resolution.
• Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
• Implement new strategies and tools to enhance the overall performance of the Refund Stacker service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor an internal team.
• Experience in operations, process management, or team coordination.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to monitor KPIs to improve processes.
• Ability to work remotely and independently, managing multiple internal processes.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
