Role Description

As a Sr Manager, TMO you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead critical enterprise transformation projects and initiatives on behalf of the Chief Transformation Officer and broader Leadership Team (LT), ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across various organizations in Solventum (including internal and external stakeholders) to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes.
• Drive strategic projects for the organization, including by partnering with the LT and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solventum business owners and stakeholders to define program strategy and roadmap and manage execution.
• Drive overall cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives, including managing project plan, deliverables, owners and due dates, RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Escalations), etc.
• Act as a key voice for change, helping to engage and align teams around achieving transformation goals and performance metrics.
• Develop strategies for major projects and our overall transformation, including facilitating decision making at the highest level of the organization.
• Assist with ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed.
• Manage additional projects as assigned in support of the Transformation Office and other organizations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of project/program management skills, with a proven track record of executing against complex project plans.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Proven track record of driving successful transformation initiatives with high impact results and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with preference on global organizations and enterprise-wide transformations.
• Prior experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm, with a preference for healthcare/Medtech experience.
• An advanced degree (such as an MBA).
• Collaborative Approach: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Breadth of diverse experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee and guide work to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Requirements

• Work location: Remote.
• May include up to 20% domestic/international travel.
• Not authorized for relocation assistance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Benefits

• Competitive pay and benefits, regularly benchmarked with other companies that are comparable in size and scope.
• The expected compensation range for this position is $187,600 - $257,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
