Role Description

GMR is looking for a seasoned project management professional to join our growing team within the Enablement Office, a group focused on streamlining how we work and driving operational excellence across the agency. In this role, you’ll take the lead on end-to-end project management from concept to execution.

• You will be the go-to person for ensuring everything stays on time, on budget, and on strategy.
• You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across the agency while overseeing all project phases and deliverables.
• This is a highly visible client-facing role that requires strong financial management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead teams through complex timelines and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Program Leadership: Manage complex, multi-workstream programs from planning and estimating to scoping and execution.
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing and maintaining budgets, tracking estimates, and communicating financial updates.
• Program Management: Oversee every aspect of projects from end-to-end planning, resourcing, and execution.
• Production & Activation Delivery: Lead the delivery of complex experiential programs from production planning through live activation.
• Team Development: Guide a team of project professionals, supporting their long-term growth.
• Dynamic: Natural problem-solver who takes initiative and adapts to changes.

Requirements

• Experience managing budgets and financial tracking across multiple partners.
• Ability to build estimates and SOWs with input from subject matter experts.
• Experience in managing rights delivery and activation requirements.
• Strong leadership skills in live environments, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget.
• Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and encourage fresh ideas.
