Role Description

GMR is looking for a seasoned project management professional to join our growing team within the Enablement Office, a group focused on streamlining how we work and driving operational excellence across the agency. In this role, you’ll take the lead on end-to-end project management from concept to execution.

• You will be the go-to person for ensuring everything stays on time, on budget, and on strategy.
• You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across the agency while overseeing all project phases and deliverables.
• This role will have a heavy focus on managing complex strategy, research, and measurement workstreams.
• This is a highly visible client-facing role that requires strong financial management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead teams through complex timelines and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Program Leadership: Managing complex, multi-workstream programs from planning to execution.
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing and maintaining budgets, tracking estimates, and communicating financial updates.
• Program Management: Overseeing every aspect of projects from end-to-end planning, resourcing, and execution.
• Strategy, Research & Measurement Expertise: Direct experience managing workstreams within these functions.
• Team Development: Leading a team of project professionals and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Dynamic: Natural problem-solver who takes initiative and adapts to change.

Requirements

• Experience navigating the nuances of strategy, research, and measurement workstreams.
• Ability to build and reconcile budgets specific to research and measurement projects.
• Understanding how to sequence strategy, research, and measurement workstreams.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day details.
• Comfortable leading a team and supporting their long-term growth.
