Role Description

Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the World’s largest Cloud Infrastructures, responsible for powering all Microsoft online Products and Services as well as powering Microsoft’s “Cloud First” mission. We are looking for Senior Lease Delivery Program Manager, Datacenter Portfolio Management to help achieve our mission.

In this role, the successful candidate will partner closely with key portfolio leaders to drive programs focused on transforming how we deliver data centers to our customers. These programs will include:

• Driving pilots and other first of kind programs that shape ongoing strategy in delivering data centers efficiently and on schedule.
• Balancing effective analytical and technical skills with the ability to influence decision makers within the CO+I leadership and execution teams.
• Partnering closely with related teams including design engineering, construction, networking, and data center project management teams.

The Lease Delivery Program Manager enables predictable AMERS lease delivery through:

• Commercial compliance
• Strategic execution governance
• Change control
• Cross-functional decision acceleration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Requirements

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: Required to pass upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Benefits

• The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
• Base pay range for this role in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
• Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
