Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Senior IT Project Manager – Healthcare Infrastructure. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Seattle, WA (Remote).

• Lead complex projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop project schedules, milestone tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Project.
• Prepare dashboards, project updates, and executive presentations.
• Create cost-benefit analyses and manage project financial concerns.
• Define and maintain project governance policies.
• Allocate resources and manage dependencies across teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with vendors, internal teams, and leadership to resolve issues and drive decisions.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and implementation readiness.
• Support documentation, reporting, and SDLC-related activities.
• Maintain strong collaboration across organizational lines.
• Support occasional after-hours and weekend work for go-lives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5–10 years of related project leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale technical or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with SDLC and technical documentation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Strong change management and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP certification.
• Healthcare systems experience.
• Waterfall project methodology experience.
• Infrastructure or facility technology project experience.
• UPS knowledge.
• Construction project experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare operations or patient-access environments.
• Vendor coordination and executive reporting experience.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $62 - $65/hour.
