Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote role from specified states. The role involves managing large or complex enterprise-wide healthcare information technology projects.

• Manage the development and execution of large or complex IT projects.
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope using established processes.
• Establish targets, benchmarks, and success criteria for project delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to utilize project resources effectively.
• Steer high-priority projects with vision and leadership.
• Develop project demands based on initial requests, capturing all necessary information.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Initiate and facilitate risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Monitor and review project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned sessions.
• Assist in developing documented processes and tools for project management methodology.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Organizational Change Management concepts.

Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) required.
• Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in demand and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
