Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• 5 or more years of related experience.
• Strong program and project experience.

Requirements

• Master's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in a Healthcare environment.
• 5 or more years of experience of Print Management Enterprise Experience.
• Azure DevOps (ADO): Experience managing backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps.
• VPSX Print Management: Experience supporting and managing enterprise print environments using VPSX Print Management.
• Xerox: Familiarity with Xerox enterprise printing solutions, device management, and print services support.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Power BI: Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support decision‑making.
