[Hiring] Senior Digital Project Manager @The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust

Role Description

We require a Senior Digital Project Manager, with excellent project management experience, as well as technical knowledge, to work as part of a dynamic and agile Infrastructure team. The post holder will be responsible for running technical projects and programmes, both internally and for our customer base.

• Provide budget and financial assurance for your portfolio of projects, ensuring value for money from project resources.
• Manage and monitor individual related project budgets, monitoring costs, expenditure and benefits.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language.
• Maintain effective engagement with customers and project team members in a variety of formats.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management.
• Technical knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information to validate and interpret.
• Manage and appropriately escalate risks, issues, and changes associated with project delivery.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
• Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, and functional architectures.
• Assign and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget.
• Create a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.
