Role Description

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Agile Coach and Jira Administrator to join the Central Marketing team. The position will be based in West Hartford, CT or Remote. This role combines the strategic coaching and transformation focus of an Agile Coach with hands-on Jira administration, organizational change leadership, delivery excellence, and team enablement responsibilities.

• Help teams adopt and mature Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow-based practices.
• Serve as a mentor, trainer, facilitator, and change agent across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile coaching and Jira administration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change.
• Excellent facilitation and mentoring skills.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training and enabling teams.
