Role Description

• Must-Have Screening Requirements:
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card (Permanent Resident) holder ONLY.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and aggressive delivery timelines.
• Strong experience with:
  • Sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Agile delivery tracking, velocity, and burndown reporting.
  • Dependency management and blocker resolution.
  • Backlog management and delivery reporting.
  • Cross-functional team coordination.
• Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience with large-scale application or database migration programs (preferred).
