Role Description

• Lead the adoption of Agile practices, especially in teams with limited Scrum experience.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives), adapting them to complex environments.
• Act as a coach and mentor, promoting Agile mindset, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and alignment—even in non-product-driven contexts.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, including cross-team and organizational blockers.
• Provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and performance through Agile metrics and dashboards.
• Foster transparency, trust, and alignment across distributed teams.
• Encourage a strong culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with flexibility in hybrid environments.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to align business stakeholders, IT, and technical teams.
• Expertise in facilitation, conflict resolution, and coordination.
• Experience with Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, WIP.
• Proven ability to drive Agile maturity and cultural transformation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting).
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery metrics.
• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks or hybrid delivery models (nice to have).
