Role Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Scrum Master to join our talented Federal delivery team. This role will facilitate Agile delivery processes and support high-performing cross-functional teams. The candidate will promote Scrum best practices, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with program priorities.

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
• Track sprint metrics and velocity
• Remove impediments
• Support continuous improvement
• Coordinate stakeholder communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years supporting Agile teams
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps Boards
• Understanding of DevSecOps environments
