Role Description

Entegral is seeking a motivated, adaptable, career-minded teammate who would like to utilize their skill set in a thriving agile-methodology environment. The Scrum Master 2 for Entegral is responsible for:

• Leading 2 or more self-organizing, mature teams.
• Facilitating the Kanban & Scrum processes using agile methodology.
• Managing the product delivery execution.
• Removing impediments to progress.
• Assessing and coaching the scrum team to improve efficiency of delivery.
• Bridging the gap between conceptualizing and actioning product development ideas.
• Supporting the Product Managers with managing the product backlog.
• Maintaining a healthy and creative development process to deliver world-class SaaS software.

Qualifications

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be able to travel and attend in-person meetings, training, and business events at company offices and other U.S. locations, including Madison, WI and St. Louis, MO, up to 2–4 times per year.
• For remote positions, reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated professional workspace, and a functioning webcam are required.
• Must be located in one of the following locations: AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA or WI.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, Team Kanban Practitioner).
• 4+ years experience in actively contributing to the SDLC in various roles (QA, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Engineer).
• 3+ years experience performing the role of Scrum Master and Kanban Practitioner in a software development/SaaS environment.
• Applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps in the Scrum/Kanban approach.
• Consistently delivering toward the strategic product increment.
• Building/molding autonomous teams.
• Driving actions through empirical data analysis.
• Working within a variety of different contexts (team sizes, organizations, cultures, etc.).
• 2+ years experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) for communication, work management, and reporting.
• 1+ years experience working within multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• 2+ years experience working with mature teams.
• Experience working within multiple agile frameworks.

Requirements

• Drive the execution of Scrum, Kanban on the cross-functional product teams.
• Operationalize flow frameworks within a Product Operating Model to shorten delivery cycles and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Facilitate high-impact Agile ceremonies and technical alignment sessions using servant leadership.
• Drive sprint delivery commitments by supporting day-to-day team execution.
• Cultivate a blameless, high-trust engineering environment centered on psychological safety.
• Configure and maintain Jira board workflows, filters, and capacity plans.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and eliminate technical dependencies and operational roadblocks.
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine backlogs and align sprint goals with product roadmaps.
• Maintain domain expertise in emerging software delivery techniques and frameworks.
