• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to guide successful outcomes.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to support project goals.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate ideas.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
• Support change efforts to facilitate adoption and continuous improvement.
• Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and management.
• Must have led at least one full-cycle, multi-module, cross-border SAP SuccessFactors project.
• Proficient in all SAP SuccessFactors modules, with expertise in at least three.
• Strong understanding of global HR trends and challenges, with expertise in localizing SAP SuccessFactors for China (e.g., data compliance, local HR practices, cultural differences).
• Fluent in English for business communication, technical discussions, and documentation.
• At least one official SAP SuccessFactors module certification is preferred.
