[Hiring] SAP-Service Delivery Manager @Capgemini

Role Description

Lead SAP/ERP/Custom Software delivery, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and ensuring quality through process rigor.

• Drive transformation initiatives, automation, and operational improvements across systems and teams.
• Oversee program planning, budgeting, P&L, milestone tracking, and contract management (SOWs).
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor teams, present technical viewpoints, and travel to client/project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Techno-functional expertise in SAP, ERP, Oracle, or Custom Software.
• Strong project management with Agile/Scrum proficiency (Scrum Master required, PMP preferred).
• Experience in systems integration, operations transformation, and software development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), JIRA, and ServiceNow.
