Role Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Release Manager to join our talented Federal delivery team. This role will oversee planning and execution of software releases across development and production environments. The candidate will ensure structured, secure, and compliant deployments aligned with federal change management practices.

• Develop and manage release calendars
• Oversee CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Manage change control and rollback strategies
• Coordinate cross-team release activities
• Ensure documentation for audit and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5+ years of release management experience
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab
• Knowledge of Git branching strategies
• Familiarity with ITIL change management

Requirements

• ITIL Foundation (Preferred Certification)
• DevOps Certification (Preferred Certification)
