Role Description

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Specialist (Temporary/Remote) to support business operations within the LOGIX Logistics Cell. This position is authorized for remote work and is part-time, with the potential for full-time employment dependent upon increases in workload and individual performance.

The Log-Cell Project Specialist supports the Log-Cell Lead(s) in a variety of primarily administrative tasks, with emphasis on:

• Logistics
• Procurement
• Organizational Efficiencies
• Updating rosters/trackers
• Research
• Communicating with internal staff
• Preparing repetitive written documents of various complexity

Receives direction from other staff members and executes company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as an entry-level individual contributor in a combination of administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
• Customer service, administrative skills, and/or office work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and other staff members
• Flexible and able to prioritize when given multiple work tasks
• Dependable team player
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
