Role Description

• Start with localization knowledge
• Understand production realities and what happens behind a quote
• Develop relationships with game studios and publishers in the APAC region
• Present services in a technically credible and grounded way
• Identify risks and needs before they become problems
• Support commercial discussions and eventually lead them
• Contribute directly to regional revenue growth

You will be trained in our sales approach, focusing on consultative conversations, realistic scoping, and long-term trust rather than aggressive pitching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Localization Project Manager or Localization Account Manager
• Strong understanding of game localization pipelines
• Fluent in Japanese or Korean
• Professional English
• Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships
• Interested in moving beyond coordination into ownership
