Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing US commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full construction project lifecycle, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently coordinate between clients, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates in South Africa, Philippines, and LATAM regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience managing US commercial construction projects
• Experience working in at least 2 different US construction businesses
• Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle, including:
• Submittals
• RFIs
• Change Orders
• Delivery Coordination
• Punch Lists
• Closeout Procedures
• Experience using construction project management software such as:
• Procore
• Bluebeam
• Similar construction management platforms
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across projects

Requirements

• Candidates with experience working for US-based construction companies or managing US commercial construction projects remotely are strongly preferred.
• Priority will be given to candidates who have:
• Worked with US-based construction companies
• Managed US commercial construction projects
• Operated within US construction processes and standards

Benefits

• Compensation range: $2,000–$3,000 USD per month
• Final compensation will depend on experience, project exposure, technical capability, and overall fit for the role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Handle and track:
• Submittals
• RFIs
• Change Orders
• Delivery Coordination
• Punch Lists
• Project Closeouts
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, field teams, and clients
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting
• Ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations and construction timelines
• Assist with issue resolution and proactive project coordination
