[Hiring] Project Manager TGA / MEP (KG 400 – Electrical & HLSK) – Client Side @Ruby Hotels

Role Description

If you're tired of just jumping around on construction sites and want to maintain an overview, ensure quality, and make the right decisions at the right time, then this role is for you.

• Accompany our hotel projects across Europe in the area of TGA (KG 400).
• Take on technical responsibility for the trades of electrical and HLSK.
• Review external specialist planning from Ruby's perspective and incorporate our requirements early on.
• Ensure that our technical and qualitative standards are consistently implemented.
• Challenge and advise planners, investors, and project partners at eye level.
• Accompany projects from planning through implementation to commissioning and handover.
• Support during the implementation phase with a focus on quality, function, and the details that make the difference.
• Be regularly on-site at our construction sites, but primarily work remotely/in the office.
• Take on the tendering, awarding, and processing of the trades of sound, IT, gastronomy, and key cards within our FF&E projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in HKLS / building technology or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in TGA specialist construction management, specialist planning, or a comparable role.
• First-hand knowledge of construction sites but desire to work in a more overarching capacity.
• Confidence in plan review, quality assurance, and project coordination.
• Good technical understanding across all project phases – from planning to handover.
• Structured, independent work style while maintaining an overview across many interfaces.
• Fluency in German and English.
