Role Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the medical imaging sector of clinical research? Then organising and managing our clinical trial projects might be the right fit for you!

• You are the competent and reliable sparring partner for our clinical research project clients in medical imaging on an international level.
• You handle the project management cycle from start to finish (e.g. study protocol development, data quality control, statistical reporting).
• You are our key expert for medical imaging, consulting our clients and internal team members alike.
• You love to roll up your sleeves and dive in deep into daily admin tasks: you ensure that every aspect of your project gets done, incl. detailed and assiduous documentation – you can use your academic writing/reading/analysis skills with us!
• You are pro-active and empathetic in your communication with your colleagues: we work together as a team on all projects and ensure the best possible outcome for our clients and our company as a whole by regular, empathetic and pro-active communication via MS Teams.

Qualifications

• You successfully finished your STEM studies with academic experience in research as well as practical insights into project management and have a knack for academic writing.
• You have solid work experience and up-to-date knowledge of medical imaging, especially radiology.
• You are passionate about combining clinical research with project management and want to make a real-life impact in the medical sector.
• You love organising, documenting, data analysis and management.
• You are ready for a long-term commitment with us – we take 2 years to fully train every employee from scratch: we want you to reap the benefits of that with us, too!

• If your salary expectations are not perfectly in line with ours, we will evaluate if we can agree on a suitable range depending on our team set-up.

pharmtrace is a privately-owned clinical research organisation (CRO) that organises clinical imaging trials. Our services cover study design, communication with regulatory authorities, selection and qualification of hospital departments as trial sites, monitoring, safety, clinical & image data management, statistical analysis and study report writing. Our clients are small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies based in Europe, North America and Australasia. Our company headquarters are in Berlin, Germany, and Philadelphia, USA.
