Role Description

The Project Manager / Program Manager will be responsible for executing tasks and objectives for moderately complex projects with general supervision. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting routine analyses of requirements and recommending enhancements to project deliverables.
• Identifying project risks and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
• Setting objectives and managing team assignments for designated project tasks.
• Guiding and assisting entry-level professionals and support staff.
• Coordinating effectively with stakeholders across full project lifecycles.
• Monitoring project scheduling, progress, and addressing potential delays.
• Applying industry knowledge to improve project and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant project management experience.

Requirements

• Project Management.
• Asset Finance and Leasing domain knowledge (mandatory).
• Implementation experience in Asset Finance / Leasing environments.
• Stakeholder Engagement.
• Risk Management.
• Time Management and Resource Planning.
• Data Analysis and Problem Solving.
• Communication and Negotiation.
• Quality Assurance.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Commercial Lending.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

Location & Work Model

Based in Mexico. Candidates must be available and willing to travel to client locations in Chile, Colombia, Brazil, and the United States. Please be prepared to specify which countries you are eligible and interested in travelling to.
