Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Media Operations to support the daily operating rhythm of a media team focused on customer acquisition. This role serves as the operational backbone of the media organization, coordinating:

• Recurring meetings
• Project trackers
• Creative and media trafficking activities
• Cross-functional follow-ups

You will work closely with senior marketing leadership, internal stakeholders, and media agency partners to ensure:

• Projects stay organized
• Decisions are documented
• Action items move forward

You will also help coordinate AI-related projects aimed at improving workflows, operational efficiency, and creative production. This is not a campaign strategy or audience targeting role; your responsibility is to enable smooth execution and operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, media operations, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related coordination role.
• Experience organizing recurring meetings, tracking action items, and coordinating cross-functional follow-ups.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to turn discussions into clear, structured, actionable summaries.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accurate tracking and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited established processes.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to help create structure and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Experience supporting paid media or marketing teams.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows and media trafficking processes.
• Experience coordinating external media agencies or creative partners.
• Familiarity with AI tools, creative technologies, and workflow automation.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
• General understanding of digital marketing and paid media operations.
