[Hiring] Project Manager Life Sciences EMEA, Production @LILT (Production)

Role Description

• Orchestrate complex Life Sciences workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for LILT’s largest enterprise customers.
• Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements, ensure all assets are received, and provide accurate status updates and confirm delivery in line with pre-defined SLAs.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks fast.
• Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAs.
• Identify risks, potential issues, plan to and mitigate them, and escalate to the Program Leader as appropriate.
• Define and delegate admin work to PCs.
• Control budgets effectively.
• Effectively balance and manage priorities across a variety of task types and customers.
• Establish deadlines, ensure deadlines are feasible, and complete tasks by said deadlines.
• Mitigate risk and escalate issues or problems in an effective manner, along with proposed solutions.
• Ask pertinent questions to ensure full comprehension of the task in hand.
• Strictly follow Production SOPs and best practices.
• Ensure projects are managed and delivered in line with Production KPIs (Margin, Quality, On Time Delivery).
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority deadlines.
• Implement new features, efficiencies, and initiatives in line with Department and Company goals.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI agents, i.e., using agentic tools in daily workflows, prompting/configuring them for tasks, or having built simple agents/automations yourself.
• Able to quickly learn and adopt new AI-powered tools and workflows as part of day-to-day production work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, Linguistics.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of professional experience in managing large-scale complex production for Life Sciences customers.
• Proven customer-facing experience.
• Excellent internal communication skills, including fast responsiveness and quick resolution.
• Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
