• Lead day-to-day management of select projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Evaluate commercial commitments, constructability, and site integration complexity.
• Identify and document technology and commercial risks.
• Provide technical and commercial input in OEM and contractor meetings.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts on balance-of-plant and interconnection requirements.
• Lead participation in technology review, capital estimate, and project schedule development.
• Maintain a risk register and proactively identify scope changes.
• Partner with Integrated Supply Chain on procurement support activities.
• Lead bid evaluation, recommendation, and contract negotiation activities.
• Develop schedules, cost benchmarks, and risk-adjusted cost positions.
• Support process improvement within project development workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM project delivery, cost estimating, and schedule development.
• Experience in major equipment and EPC/EPCM contract procurement.
• Proven ability to lead in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with combined cycle or simple cycle gas development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera project management software.
