• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, large-scale healthcare implementations.
• Own project financial management, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, and risks.
• Set and manage client expectations through effective communication.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure accountability and progress.
• Identify, document, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project challenges.
• Provide status reports on project progress, financials, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with various departments to align on client outcomes.
• Improve and standardize delivery processes and documentation.
• Mentor Associate and Project Managers on delivery excellence.
