[Hiring] Project Manager | HealthTech Operations, eMarketing & AI Education @Human Intelligence

Role Description

As our PHA Project Manager, you'll oversee planning, execution, e-marketing, communication, coordination, reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across multiple projects simultaneously.

You'll work closely with leadership while partnering with Marketing, Product, Operations, Education, Development, Design, Sales, Partnerships, and Automation teams.

This is an AI-first operational leadership role. We're looking for someone who actively uses AI to improve planning, documentation, reporting, meeting management, communication, workflow optimization, and project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery.
• Build project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
• Track progress against deliverables and KPIs.
• Manage risks proactively.
• Coordinate project communication across stakeholders.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed scope.

Annual Promotions & Events Calendar

• Own and manage the annual promotions and events calendar.
• Ensure all launches, courses, workshops, events, and promotions are planned and executed according to schedule.
• Coordinate all pre-event, during-event, and post-event execution, including:
  • Email sequences
  • Social media campaigns
  • AI calling and AI text messaging
  • Human follow-up calls and messages
  • Sales and engagement sequences
• Oversee on-the-day event coordination and communications with attendees and internal teams.
• Ensure structured post-event follow-up to drive conversion, engagement, or community outcomes as defined per initiative.

Calendar & Scheduling Management

• Manage and maintain calendars across the organization.
• Ensure all events, courses, programs, workshops, and community activities are accurately scheduled, synced, and visible.
• Ensure management teams and the student community are properly informed, invited, and reminded of upcoming activities.
• Maintain calendar hygiene and clarity across the year.

Operational Excellence

• Improve project delivery systems.
• Standardize documentation and reporting.
• Optimize workflows using AI.
• Identify bottlenecks and remove operational friction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate daily with:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, operations, program management, or delivery experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capability.
• Experience using modern project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor
• Location: Fully Remote
• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,200–$2,000 per month, depending on your project management experience, operational capability, AI proficiency, leadership skills, and overall alignment with the role.
