Role Description

Are you looking to work with a dynamic team of industry‑leading professionals in the HEOR space? Are you passionate about keeping complex, evidence‑driven projects running smoothly and delivered to the highest standard? Our Evidence Synthesis & Decision Modelling team at Precision AQ is hiring a Project / Portfolio Manager to support global HEOR programs, with a particular focus on Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) submissions, systematic literature reviews, statistical analyses, and economic models. This is a highly visible, client‑facing role, partnering with senior scientific leaders to ensure projects are well‑planned, well‑run, and delivered on time and to expectation.

As a Project / Portfolio Manager within the Evidence Synthesis & Decision Modelling team, you will work closely with scientific project leads (e.g., Directors, VPs) and cross‑functional contributors across evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling.

You will be responsible for:

  • End‑to‑end project management, including planning, resourcing, timeline development, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight across individual projects and portfolios of work (particularly JCA program's).
  • Supporting or leading project management discussions on client‑facing projects.
  • Preparing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and reports.
  • Ensuring clear communication of status, risks, dependencies, and actions.
  • Monitoring scope changes and managing change order processes.
  • Coordinating internal workflows and facilitating alignment across disciplines.
  • Documenting decisions and actions, and supporting monitoring and evaluation of agreed processes and milestones.
  • Coordinating both internal/external review cycle timelines and collating feedback from various external reviewers.
  • Ensuring on‑time delivery, supporting financial and scope tracking, and escalating risks or resourcing issues early to project leadership.
  • Maintaining an organized repository of deliverables with clients.
  • Supporting strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization.
  • Developing and maintaining standardized project management tools and templates.
  • Facilitating cross-project knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
  • Leveraging project management tools and data to generate insights.
  • Supporting proposal development and study start‑up activities, including timeline development.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a client‑facing role, supporting or leading project management communications.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects.
  • Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs.
  • Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams.
  • Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management.
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
