[Hiring] Project Manager, EBP Operations @Evidence Based Associates

Role Description

Empower is hiring a dedicated, operations-focused Project Manager to drive infrastructure development, planning discipline, and cross-functional coordination across a portfolio of priorities within the EBP (evidence-based practice) division. This role blends classic project management fundamentals with hands-on operational work.

• Partner directly with leadership, including the C-suite and other executives, to translate strategic priorities into concrete operational plans.
• Fluency with automation and AI tools is a foundational requirement for this role.
• Collaborate closely with all functional areas to ensure operational changes are clinically sound, financially sustainable, and competently executed.
• Serve as a utility resource for general process improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–4 years in a behavioral health / human services operations role, or comparable experience in project or program management.
• Working proficiency with automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong organizational, planning, and process-documentation skills.
• Comfort working across ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
• Clear written and verbal communication with both internal teams and external partners.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple concurrent priorities.

Requirements

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies for cross-functional initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, build mitigation plans, and keep initiatives moving through to completion.
• Lead the consolidation of fragmented workflows into single, coordinated structures.
• Project manage the development of new products and resources within Empower’s clinical models.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for key initiatives, and build and maintain status reports and dashboards.
• Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor or contract coordination across initiatives.
• Serve as a utility resource for general process improvement and automation across the division.
