[Hiring] Project Manager/Delivery Lead @Computer Task Group, Inc

Role Description

CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead to lead an enterprise Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation in a manufacturing environment. This role will drive delivery across business, IT, SAP ECC, implementation partners, and vendors using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

• Lead end-to-end Kinaxis Maestro implementation and release delivery.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and governance.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, Kanban workflows, and release planning.
• Coordinate business, IT, SAP ECC, vendor, and implementation partner teams.
• Support integration, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and enterprise governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Strong enterprise project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and iterative product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Kanban boards.
• Scrum Master certification or PMI-ACP required.
• SAP ECC implementation and platform experience required.
• Experience with integration, data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Manufacturing and demand planning experience preferred.
• Strong executive communication and vendor management skills.

• PMP certification (highly desired).
• CSPO or PSPO certification (highly desired).
• Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation experience (highly desired).
• Planview AgilePlace experience (highly desired).
• Complex SAP ECC implementation experience (highly desired).
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership (highly desired).
