[Hiring] Project Manager @Smartly

Role Description

As a Project Manager at Smartly, you’ll play a key role in bringing high-impact digital campaigns to life. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery process, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly, from first brief to final optimization.

• Own and drive the end-to-end campaign delivery process, from briefing and production to QA, launch, and reporting/optimization
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization across projects
• Collaborate daily with internal teams including Production, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other stakeholders
• Ensure all activities follow best practices and standard operating procedures
• Manage timelines and turnaround times (TAT), proactively flagging risks or delays to CSMs
• Lead communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project delivery
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all creative outputs meet standards prior to final delivery
• Partner with CSMs to build campaign structures (e.g., decision trees) and ensure alignment between media and creative strategies
• Facilitate and establish efficient workflows and procedures
• Validate that proposed creative strategies are feasible and delivered efficiently
• Contribute to ideation using industry and platform knowledge
• Support ongoing campaign optimization based on performance insights

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management within digital advertising
• Strong communicator: clear, confident, and able to navigate complex stakeholder conversations
• Knowledgeable in creating project timelines with respect to the SLAs and client requirements
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, QA, creatives)
• Sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work
• Solutions-oriented and confident in managing expectations, even in challenging situations
• Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive in your approach to work
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including basic Google Sheets formulas
• Positive, team-first mindset and enjoy collaborating with others
• Flexible to work across global shifts (UK, EMEA, APAC, US, AU)
