[Hiring] Project Manager @Kyndryl

Role Description

Kyndryl Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll be the driving force for every aspect of a program’s success, and the “conductor” who orchestrates everyone’s efforts to make beautiful music together. As the single point of contact to the client, you’ll also be the living embodiment of Kyndryl’s reputation every day.

• Construct detailed project plans
• Manage teams and lead meetings, status calls, and planning and cadence meetings
• Analyze and mitigate risks
• Manage finances
• Ensure the team has the right skills
• Plan and delegate activity to hit deadlines and deliver on SLAs
• Practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery

Communication is 90% of the job:

• Single point of contact with the client, partners, and all stakeholders
• Support stakeholders and ensure they get what they need
• Bridge to every other team on the project, including both technical and account roles

You’ll develop especially strong partnerships with the client and elsewhere, with opportunities to embed with the client at their location.

Qualifications

• Experience with SCRUM methodology or Project Management practices
• Basic knowledge of IT architecture and systems
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a “One Team” mindset
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or Business Administration
• MBA or postgraduate degree in project management
• Availability to travel, if needed
• Availability to work remotely in Rio de Janeiro/RJ

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) or proficiency in another relevant language, as required
• Experience using MS Project or other Project Management tools/software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
